LEAD PRICES
It is with regret that our first bulletin of 2010 brings news of another increase in lead. This time we are advised that the automotive industry growth in China has caused shortages which have pushed prices up by £170.00 per metric tonne. This will be effective from Monday 11th January 2010. Unfortunately we are told to expect further increases as market speculators "profit take" on these fluctuations in supply and demand. |
